Product Information
The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in SGD. Dollars.LADIES FIRST have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

LADIES FIRST has done their utmost to ensure that the measurements for products furnished on the website are best calculated to accuracy and true to its dimensions in cm, however, due to the fact that certain fabrics are stretchable, actual measurements of individual items might vary slightly.
All merchandise displayed for sale on this website are constructed of man-made materials otherwise stated.

Your Account
If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.LADIES FIRST reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Payment policy
Payment must be made within 2 days after order confirmation is received.
We reserve the right to cancel the order without prior notice if payment not received within 2 days.

We reserve the right to revise the product prices at any time without informing the customers in advance. However,customers who already made orders before the price revision will continue with previously stated prices.

Delivery policy
Order will be delivered within 3 days once the payment is received & confirmed.
All items will be inspected before packed and delivered thought SingPost.
For local registered mail, additional $2.24 is applicable. It is advisable to have your order send via registered mail to prevent loss of items through normal postage. We will not bear any responsiblity for the loss of goods or any damages made to the product caused by the delivery.

Note for local normal mail: if the item is too big for the letterbox,it will deliver to your doorstep.Item failed to received, will have to collect it from the nearest Post Offices.

Exchange & Refund policy
Items are exchangeable within 7 days from date of receipt.
We reserve the right to examine the item to see if it has been worn/used. If we determine an item to have been worn/used, we may respectfully deny the exchange.
There will be no refund / credit terms or reimbursement should the value of the exchanged item be lower than the original purchased item. However, the buying /or receiving party is liable to pay for the price difference should the value of the exchanged item be higher than the original purchased item, any applying shipping charges and prevailing taxes are borne by the buying/receiving party.

We regret to inform you that there will strictly be no refunds for any order placed online. Thank you.
